Gong Renxuan said that due to the small number of printed materials in Shanghai primary and secondary schools, the cost of flexo printing is relatively high. For example, in the large-volume province, large-scale flexo printing materials can reduce costs, so the flexographic printing branch of China Printing Association will also contact member units. Colleges and universities are the main channels for developing flexographic talents. Gong Renxuan said that there is currently a school in Xi'an Black Bull Flexo Technical School, which specializes in the development of flexographic talents. This 10-year-old school has trained a group of flexographic professionals. In addition, Beijing Printing Institute, Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, Xi'an University of Technology Printing and Packaging Engineering College and other universities also cultivate talents in flexo printing. The first two schools are also equipped with narrow-width unit flexo printing machines.

However, Gong Renjun said: "Because flexographic printing is only a special type of printing, in most schools, flexo printing is not a separate profession, and there is no separate course. Usually there are only two or three hours of teaching time. There are only one or two chapters in the textbook. However, this situation may change this year. Gong Renxi revealed that the Shanghai Press and Publication School has set up a flexible edition major this year. This should be a school with a flexible edition in secondary vocational schools.

In addition to cultivating flexo-printing talents through colleges and universities, talent training can also be rapidly developed through skill competition. In 2009, the Flexographic Printing Branch of China Printing Technology Association held a flexographic competition competition and named 4 flexographic technicians. In the second half of this year, the club will also hold a flexo skills competition.
