A lot of dirt is inevitably stuck on the film base, especially the residue left by the adhesive tape in summer is a headache for the operator. If the treatment is not good, it will prevent the photosensitive layer from being fully exposed during printing, and sometimes it will stick to the bottom of the glass plate of the upper frame of the printing machine, and there will be a lot of dust attached to it, which will affect the complete exposure of the photosensitive layer during the next printing. If the non-graphic part is okay, it can be treated with a decontamination agent; if it is a graphic part, it is a hassle. If it is light, you must wipe off the residue left by the adhesive tape (the residue is not To prevent the full exposure of the photosensitive layer, it is back adhered to the surface of the PS plate), and then use your finger dipped in the developer solution and wipe it repeatedly. It needs to be wiped multiple times to redevelop the photosensitive layer covered by the residue; Revise the knife to repair or scrap the entire printing plate. To prevent a similar situation from occurring, there are two main methods that can be used:
(1) To the extent permitted by the conditions, use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe the dirt on the substrate, because alcohol is pure and contains a certain amount of moisture, the dirt is easy to wipe off after absorbing water, in addition, alcohol volatilization also Faster, after removing dirt, the film base can be used soon;
(2) Try to be more careful when peeling the film base. The ones that can be processed at that time will never be left for later processing. If the exposed film base is not used temporarily, it should be packed in paper bags to avoid contact with dirt to protect the film base For easy use next time.
