The researchers say that these results not only indicate that the ideal pencil size is not as large as possible, but that the impact of different contexts on the ideal pencil size is equally important.

Prause said: "Since you have to consider different situations, men should pay more attention to the appropriate size of the pencil, rather than the pursuit of the bigger the better. That is, women may like different sizes for different reasons in different situations, so it is very likely that each A man is the perfect size in the eyes of another person under certain circumstances."

In addition, the larger the pencil size does not mean the more competitive. In the experiment, 15 women admitted that they broke up because the other half of the pencil did not reach the size they wanted, but five women said they broke up because their partner pencil was too big.

Prause said: "The big pencil comes at a price. Any insertion will cause tearing and push the bacteria into the vagina. The bigger the pencil, the more the tear may be, and the more bacteria will be brought into the vagina. Therefore it is not suitable for long-term selection."

After all, although scientists admit that size is really important, it's more important to satisfy women without the need for huge pencils. The study concluded: "Our subjects like pencils that are slightly larger than the average size."
