- If you convert 6.5 hours into seconds, the total production seconds are 23,400 seconds.

C) Efficiency = A ( standard time ) / B ( actual output ) x 100%

Therefore, we can set a standard output of 12,000 sheets per hour for Roland900 and 2 hours for ink change . In contrast, the Speed master 's standard output is 6,000 , and the standard ink change time is one hour. The above methods can also be applied to plastic, oil, beer machines and other departments to learn their actual and objective production efficiency.
