Solve the problem of sticky paper

Generally, two or more sheets of paper are fed at a time, causing the printer to stop eating properly.

This problem is generally caused by two reasons. First, the paper is relatively tidal. This problem is better solved. It is to bake the paper and put it on the radiator or on the monitor, but it must not take too long. The second is that most of the paper bought back from the store is just taken out of the box. It takes a long time to form a whole and is prone to this phenomenon. The solution is to hold the two ends of the paper back and forth in front of the printer, so that each sheet of paper moves to form a neat bevel on one end of the paper so that the bevel is placed face down in the paper tray. Sticky paper again.

· Solve paper jams

In many cases, paper jams are caused by improper use. After a paper jam occurs, turn off the printer first, and then depending on the condition of the paper jam, decide whether to pull the paper from outside or inside. Take special care this time to prevent the paper from leaving inside the printer.
In order to avoid printer paper jams, the following aspects should be noted: Before printing, it is best to check whether the printer panel or paper feed slot has a “Paper Size Selector” switch, if any. The media size used is A4 or Letter, so that the paper is not easy to be skewed and cause jams; the thickness of the paper should not be too thin or too thick; when adding paper to the paper feed slot, be sure to remove the original paper first, and then The paper is neatly put together with the newly added paper, and then put back into the paper feed slot. This can prevent the paper from being jammed when the printer prints multiple sheets of paper at a time, and whether the paper is scattered and then put into the paper slot when the paper is loaded. This practice is to prevent the paper from sticking together due to moisture or other factors, resulting in multiple sheets of paper being jammed together while feeding.

· Solve the problem of non-feeding

The general performance is that when the light hears the paper feed wheel, it can't eat paper, causing the computer to prompt the printer to run out of paper and stop printing. I believe that many users have encountered such problems. I also encountered this phenomenon.

The main cause of this problem is caused by the room being too dry. Drying of the paper will cause the friction between the feed roller and the paper to weaken, and it will not feed the paper. The only way to solve this problem is to increase the humidity in the room, but we must master it, otherwise it will cause the former problem. There is to pay special attention, do not let the printer close to the radiator, not to let the heater directly to the printer, especially the kind of quartz tube direct-fired heater, so that in addition to causing the problem of non-paper, It also causes the ink jet head to dry, causing it to fail to print.

Solve the problem of paper skew

There are many reasons why paper skew occurs. The following are common:

(1) A foreign object has fallen into the printer's input tray. The printer must feed paper and eject paper, so foreign matter can easily fall into the printer's interior from these channels, so be careful when using the printer. Paper clips, staples, buttons, rubber bands, etc. are all easy to fall into the printer. Internal things.

(2) The surface of the printing paper is too smooth or easy to lose fiber powder. Some print papers are of poor quality, plus some users have a poor use environment. After the printer has been used for a period of time, the surface of the pickup roller retains paper dust and dust, which reduces the strength of the paper, resulting in slippage and non-feeding or paper feed. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not try to use cheaper paper for better quality paper, and give the printer a cleaner environment.

(3) Printers with two-input trays When one of the pick-up wheels is loosely mounted, the wheel-feeding function is lost, resulting in incorrect paper feeding. So take care of the printer and do not use paper that is too thick.

(4) The active stopper on the printer's input tray is too far from the edge of the paper, causing the left-right swing of the paper to increase.
