The universal material testing machine is a high-precision testing instrument. Daily maintenance is very important to ensure the normal operation and measurement accuracy of the equipment.
Host maintenance:
1. The fixtures equipped with the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil for storage;
2. Because the jaws of the hydraulic universal testing machine are often used, it is easy to wear, and too much oxide scale can easily lead to small piston damage and oil leakage, so the jaws should be cleaned frequently and kept clean (it is best to clean after each test );
3. The sliding surface where the steel plate is in contact with the liner and the dovetail groove surface of the liner should be kept clean, and a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease should be regularly applied;
4. Regularly check the screws at the jaws. If any looseness is found, tighten it in time;
5. Periodically check the transmission of the sprocket. If any looseness is found, retension the tensioner;
Maintenance of oil source:
1. Regularly check the main engine and the oil source for oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, the sealing ring or combination pad should be replaced in time;
2. According to the use of the machine and the life of the oil, regularly replace the oil suction filter and filter element, and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. When the test is not performed for a long time, pay attention to turn off the power of the host. If the machine is in the standby state, the transfer switch should be in the "loading" position, because if the transfer switch is in the "fast reverse" position, the electromagnetic directional valve has been energized, which will affect the service life of the device.
Control system maintenance:
1. Regularly check whether the connection line of the rear panel of the controller is in good contact, and if it is loose, it should be fastened in time;
2. If the machine is not used for a long period of time after the test, turn off the controller and the computer;
3. The interface on the controller is one-to-one correspondence. Inserting the wrong interface may cause damage to the device;
4. Plug and unplug the interface on the controller, the controller power must be turned off.
