Process characteristics:

After milling the outer section, it is longitudinally divided into 2-4 pieces, and then milled to the inner section for cooking and softening, and then in the upper pressing type. The layer flat press is heated and pressurized to expand the curved bamboo into a flat surface. Finally, it is processed into a thick bamboo piece without bamboo green or bamboo yellow by double-sided planing.

2. Stereotype drying In order to prevent the bamboo sheet from being curled and deformed under the lateral elastic restoring force during the drying process, it is necessary to use the pressure drying method and equipment to make the wet bamboo sheet heated under pressure. Process characteristics:

1. The bamboo raft requires a bamboo raft thickness of 0.8-1.2? and a width of 10-20?, and the length of the bamboo raft depends on the length of the product. By drying in a natural drying or drying kiln, the moisture content of the bamboo raft is below 15%.

2, dipping and drying bamboo rafts should be tied into small bundles before dipping, bamboo simmer dipping in two ways: periodic and continuous. In the periodic dipping, the bundled bamboo rafts are placed in the dipping frame, and the dipping frame is placed in the dipping tank by a single beam hoist, and the water-soluble phenolic resin glue is impregnated. Continuous dipping is to hang a bundle of bamboo rafts on a special transport machine. As the conveyor moves, the bamboo rafts are passed through the dipping tank to complete the dipping and dispensing process.

3. Slab paving In order to control the uniformity of the density and thickness of the sheet, the weight of the bamboo slab required for the slab is first calculated. After weighing, the bundled bamboo rafts are placed in parallel in the forming frame of the slab and laid evenly. The slab is then bundled with a packing tape and the frame is removed. The uniformity of the pavement has a great influence on the quality of the board and must be handled carefully.

4, hot pressing hot pressing usually uses a cold-hot-cold process.
The bamboo slabs are made of bamboo stalks and the slabs are made of bamboo stalks.
