Handprinting covers a wide range of areas. Different substrates have different choices for printing materials. According to the printing of common substrates, the preparation methods of several printing materials are introduced.
First, the performance of plastic printing materials and preparation
(a) drug performance
1. PVC: powdered resin
The main raw material of plastic formula, drying fast and easy to expand, easy to form a gel, non-gloss, when dissolved in cyclohexanone heating.
2, polyvinyl chloride: paste resin
Imported goods have better transparency than powders and can be dissolved in cyclohexanone without heating. When used, they have the same function as powdered resins.
3, perchloroethylene: floc resin
The main plastic raw materials, drying time is slower than polyvinyl chloride, sticky, shiny, but after drying than polyvinyl chloride resin sticky, in the formula should not be more, otherwise there is adhesion phenomenon after drying.
4, vinyl chloride varnish
Varnish is formulated for use as a varnish for varnish. Compared to lacquer, it is quicker to dry. It can not only stabilize but also act as a drying agent in paint pigments.
5, cyclohexanone
Solvents are used to dissolve polyvinyl chloride resin and vinyl chloride resin. They are corrosive and dry slowly. If the amount of overmold poly (vinyl chloride) resin dissolves, it is best to stop using it and use butyl acetate or xylene instead.
6, butyl acetate (ethyl) ester
Solvents, which act as a diluent in the formulation, ethyl esters dry faster than butyl esters, and both are glossy, and butyl esters are commonly used in formulations.
7, xylene
Solvent, dilution, corrosive and volatile, high dryness, put more in the seasoning can accelerate drying, but can not be used when dispensing gold or silver materials.
8. Dibutyl phthalate
Solvents, which play a plasticizing role in the formulation, dry slowly and should not be used in batches.
9, nitrobenzene
Solvent, flammable, toxic, low volatility, can play a slow dry effect, a good allocation of plastic raw materials to add a little, when printing can prevent the seal, the seal can be used to solve the version.
10, all kinds of printing coating (pulp) material
The weight of the silt is heavy, and the moisture is also large. It is not easy to put more plastic printing material, and it is easy to agglomerate when printing.
(B) Ink preparation
1, PVC slurry preparation

Pour the medicines into the seasoning vessel and pour them into a medicine glass or wood stick to fully dissolve them.
When the ingredients are adjusted, the seasoning utensils need to be placed in warm water in isolation to promote the dissolution of the medicine.
Note: The adjusted polyvinyl chloride slurry is transparent, and it is easy to form a jelly in cold weather. When used together with other ingredients in winter, it needs to be heated and allowed to melt.
2, the preparation of vinyl chloride slurry

The preparation of this material does not need to be heated, and the prepared PVC paste is in a brownish transparent state.
3, white material preparation

Pour the above medicines in the iron bucket of the seasoning, stir it slightly with a wooden stick, and stir it with a stirrer for more than 6 hours. Mix the medicine thoroughly and evenly, and add a little blue paint. The advantage of doing so is to adjust well. The color of the white material is bright.
After filtering with a sieve of about 100 mesh, it is placed in a porcelain jar, covered and stored, and a small amount of cyclohexanone is covered on the surface to prevent drying.
4, gold (silver) pigment preparation

Gold (silver) powder needs to be soaked with cyclohexanone for a period of time prior to deployment.
The medicine was poured on the glass plate in order and mixed with ink scoops.
Gold (silver) material is used with the tone, and should not be stored for too long, so as to avoid too long gloss and darkness, which will affect the effect after printing.
The gold (silver) material is thick or dry and may be diluted with cyclohexanone, but xylene cannot be added or added, otherwise it may cause gold to fall.
5, dark material preparation
