From the interior design analysis, the surface of the CD holder is a copper cardboard paper with the background color of the CD package cover. The surface is raised and pushed out of the company's logo pattern. The following is a raised PRO CARTON text. The back cover also uses raised web text. To make room for the structural design of the package.
From the structural analysis of the CD holder, a one-piece die-folded adhesive was formed. Specific analysis is as follows:
1. Use two clips to clamp the middle 4.5mm back so that the CD clip can be folded in half.
2. Fold down the top left side of the CD folder with the same width as the left inside of the clip, and stick together; the right side of the clip is connected to the die cut main part: "The two sides are connected as a stretchable sliding plate. In the middle is a slideable bracket, with a limit at the opposite end of the socket; the top three parts on the right are connected together."
3. Fold the same width along the bottom of the right side of the CD folder, open the square hole in the middle, and add a limiting plug to the left side to form the right side of the clip. The limit plug is inserted into the limit socket, while the main part of the profile is clamped along the right and top edges. The sliding CD holder protrudes from the position of the middle opening and constitutes the main body of the sliding CD holder.
