High-quality Xeikon 3300
The Xeikon 3300 press was the first to meet the audience at drupa in May 2008. Its launch marks a huge leap in the quality of label printing. It can provide users with 1200 dpi high-resolution imaging quality. It can print on a variety of substrates from 20cm to 33cm in different formats. The Xeikon 3300 press has five printing units. The first four colors are the standard color printing. The fifth color group can be added with special colors or used for anti-counterfeiting printing and special anti-counterfeiting toners.
High Productivity Saikang 3300
The Xeikon 3300 uses web printing, which has a speed of 19 meters per minute and a capacity of 700,000 meters per month, and ensures that it will start production 24 hours a day. These features make the Xeikon 3300 one of the fastest digital color label printers on the market today, and are therefore favored by short-to-medium and emergency jobs. The Xeikon 3300 makes it easier for label processors to enter the digital printing field.
Green Saikang 3300
The Xeikon 3300 has a wide range of substrates, including a variety of adhesive films, paper, foils, and cardboard. The Xeikon 3300's dry toner electronic imaging process allows it to directly use uncoated or pre-printed substrates, eliminating volatile harmful substances from the coating process, making the entire label printing process more economical and environmentally friendly.
Digital Xeikon 3300
The Xeikon 3300 is equipped with the Xerox X-800 Digital Front End, the latest generation of Xeikon. It is based on open standards and can seamlessly connect to any MIS system in any production environment, implementing a fully automated workflow. Its modular setting also allows prepress and press functions to be separated. The X-800 features ICC's X-Rite color management, which integrates colors into a traditional (offset) printing environment and allows color adjustment after RIP, thereby minimizing downtime. The post-RIP feature allows prints to be changed at the last minute, and its preview feature ensures that errors can be discovered before printing.
