A: kindly inform you this ink can eat safely and it has MSDS available , SGS certificate 

Q:How much ink on average doese the printer consume to print for one set edible ink ?
A: It can print about 2000-300cups coffee for one set 4*100ml edible ink 

Q:What's the print process by this printer?
1. Make a foam-topped coffee drink by your usual methods

Q:Is there any guarantee for this printer?
A:Yes, we have guarantee for the printer. We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts including the main board, driver board, control board, motor, etc. But there is no warranty for wearing parts such as refillable cartridge since they are consumables.

Q:How can I install and start to use the pritner? Ask you or I need to learn myself 
A:At first, you should read the users' manual to understand the machine and watch the video. We will offer you details installation documents 
After you get the machine,if you have any problem our technician will teach you how to install and use the machine by web camera on Skype, wechat, whatsapp . Whenever you have questions to the machine, you can contact our technician or me.
