The hot stamping layer is loosely bonded to the substrate and can easily peel off

(1) The material of the foil adhesive does not match the material of the substrate. The foil type should be changed.
(2) There are mold release agents, abrasives, dust, fingerprints, and oil stains on the surface of the product. Wipe the surface of the product with a solvent such as alcohol.
(3) The hot stamping temperature is too low. Should be properly increased.
(4) The hot stamping pressure is too small. Should be properly increased.
(5) Hot stamping time is too short. Should be extended appropriately.
(6) The foil expired and the adhesive failed. New foils should be used instead of expired hot foils.
(7) The surface of the hot stamping surface has ribs or other structures with different heights, resulting in uneven stamping pressure. The hollow part should be supported from the inner side of the product to keep the pressure of the hot stamping surface uniform

(1) There are oil and dust on the surface of the product. Use alcohol to wipe the surface of the product and remove oil, dirt, etc.
(2) The product surface has bubbles, shrinkage, and severe surface silver forming failure. Should take measures to solve the product in the molding process.
(3) The quality of the release agent on the surface of the hot stamping foil is too bad and the detachment is poor. Replace the hot stamp foil with better release.
(4) There are burrs on the surface of the product. Surface burrs should be removed.
(5) Defective tire fixture. The support is poor and the stamping pressure is not balanced. The structure of the tire holder should be improved and the pressure on the hot stamping surface should be adjusted. Make (6) hot stamping temperature uneven or low temperature. The stamping temperature should be properly adjusted and the position of the rubber roller should be moved. For the places where the foil is missing, the sanding can be smoothed, followed by reheating or local ironing.

Hot stamping product cracking
