Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was used, with 10 mmol / L borax and 0.1% oxalic acid (pH 8.26) as buffer, separation voltage 20 kV, detection wavelength 230 nm, differential pressure injection time 10 s, pyrogallate as internal standard The content of sorbic acid, benzoic acid and saccharin in food was separated and determined within 7 minutes. Linear range: sorbic acid 4 ~ 640mg / L, benzoic acid 4 ~ 640mg / L, saccharin 4 ~ 1000mg / L; the sample recovery rate is 95.0% ~ 98.4%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 4%. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
