I. INTRODUCTION The advent of the computer network era has provided good opportunities for the development of various production sectors in the society, and the speeding up of information has enabled the professional knowledge to be updated more quickly. Therefore, the production of the packaging engineering network database has also been put on the agenda. As a relatively new type of system work, packaging trades involves many aspects such as physics, chemistry, mechanics, mechanics, aesthetics, economics, and psychology. Standardization and systematical are of great significance to various sub-types of packaging engineering, such as packaging materials, packaging design, and packaging machinery. The database is used to summarize and summarize the standard data, and the WWW is used to achieve resource sharing. Its guiding role in scientific research and industrial production.

For the former, JAVA APPLET can be used to establish the interconnection between the WWW and the database; for the latter, in order to connect the WWW to the data, a program for communicating with the WEB server is written, the client sends a request to the server, and after the server receives the request, first Wake up the program and provide some data to the extent, then the program completes the necessary database operations, sends the result to the server program, and finally the server program sends the result to the client.
