QLE bottles were successfully developed in the United States. Its antioxidant capacity is 3-20 times higher than that of ordinary PET bottles, its moisture-proof capacity is increased by 2 times, its transparency is good, it can be heated by microwaves, and it is completely suitable for the current PET recycling process. The production process is the use of plasma spraying technology, spraying a layer of quartz film on the PET surface, the coating thickness is less than 2000 angstroms. In large-scale finishing systems, the rigid plastic containers are sprayed at speeds of 500-1000 bottles/h.
