The South Cold Motor Vehicle Research Institute in the United Kingdom has recently developed a frozen food vehicle that fully utilizes solar energy as its energy source.
The solar-powered frozen food vehicle is a large-scale container truck. The top of the container is covered with solar panels, solar power is used for the refrigerator, and engine-assisted cooling can be used only when the solar battery is insufficient. Therefore, it can save more than 60% of energy, this vehicle has been put into production in batches for the transportation of fruits, vegetables, aquatic products and cold food and drink products.
