The integrated form is the final process of binding the hardcover book, that is, the combined processing of the book block and the book case after various processing. The fineness of the combined processing directly relates to the appearance quality and grade of the books, and the integrated modeling has the following types:
1. Square back integrated shape
There are three kinds of square back integrated shapes: square back artificial ridges, as shown in Figure 12-1; square dorsal flat ridges, as shown in Figure 12-2; square back ridges, as shown in Figure 12-3. The most commonly used hardcover book model is the back ridge.
2. Round back fit
There are two types of round-back fits: round-back true ridges, which refer to the form of the book block after the sculpting of the spine, as shown in Figure 10: round-back false ridges, which refer to the use of back-circular potentials and cardboard thickness Between the gaps, the ridges are squeezed out of the groove, and it seems that the ridges actually have no ridges, so they are called false ridges, as shown in FIG. 11 .
3. Book back adhesive molding
Book back adhesive molding refers to the form of bonding when integrated. It has the following three forms:
1 Soft back refers to a form in which the medium diameter paper (usually kraft paper) is directly bonded to the back of the book. This is an earlier form of bonding, which can be opened and paved during reading, but due to the direct binding of the back of the book and the diameter of the book case, the number of pages is more than one. The waist of the book is easily rubbed away, causing wrinkles and uneven appearance, affecting the appearance quality, as shown in Figure 13-1. 2 Hard back refers to a form in which the medium diameter paper is replaced with a hard cardboard and pressed to form a bond with the back of the book, as shown in Figure 13-2. This form has the back of the book. The traces are not rubbed off or wrinkle-free, but they cannot be leveled when they are read, affecting reading (it is necessary to forcefully pull the book and automatically release it in a loose hand book), and therefore a third form of bonding has emerged. 3 The back of the cavity, the advantages of the above two types of fitting are improved. When the sleeve is put together, the middle seam adhesive (the back of the book is not glued) and the spine part are bound together into a booklet, and then the ring liner is bonded to the processing form. This bond can be opened when reading. Flattening does not affect the hot stamping effect. It is the most commonly used form of modern hardcover bookcases, as shown in Figure 13-3.
In the hardcover book modeling process, there is a luxury hardcover modeling. This kind of book modeling and processing is based on hardcover modeling, and has added such things as lining material, rolling gold, garland, lock flower head, and bamboo shoots.
