AVT introduced the PV/Jupiter detection solution for the packaging market. PV/Jupiter is the flagship product of AVT. It provides package customers with automatic inspection technology based on machine vision. PV/Jupiter can automatically detect defects such as misprints, chromatic aberrations, cuts, missing prints, and dirty spots, etc., by comparing the preset standard image with the run-time image. The system detects the defects of the printing process as early as possible, thereby avoiding the generation of printing waste products, reducing printing waste, and improving the use efficiency of the printing machine. The end result is improved product quality and production efficiency, and fewer rejects and customer returns. In today's packaging market, automated inspection solutions are the best solution for printers to guarantee print quality and reduce specimens.
AVT is adhering to the concept of "all-round system". Different additional modules can be added to PV/Jupiter to meet the various needs of customers.
