The flame-retardant epoxy resin castables for cables at room temperature are mainly used for 1-10kv cable joints and terminals, and can also be used for middle and low-voltage cable joints. Preparation and curing
The above components were added to the reactor and reacted under nitrogen for protection for 10 h at 130° C. When the temperature was raised to 140° C., the reaction was continued for 10 h to obtain a brown solid product. The 50 parts of the above product was then formulated into a uniform mixture with 80 parts of the anhydride curing agent and 100 parts of the epoxy resin at 50°C to be poured. Curing: First cure at 100°C for 2 hours, then cure at 150°C for 16 hours.
