3. The degree of difficulty in manufacturing is different: the production cost of the laboratory is much larger than that of the drying oven. When the air is heated to 150 ° C, the movement of the gas becomes very difficult to control, and even under forced blast conditions, the flow of the gas is still turbulent, so the design of the air passage is very high. 4. Different control systems: Because the dry box is low, the ordinary instrument can be used; the high temperature box must use the instrument with high-precision PID calculation function, and sometimes the instrument can run the program for the test. In use, the PID value of the high temperature section can be obtained by self-tuning, and sometimes the value obtained by the self-tuning needs to be modified by the operator.
