The results show that the total non-methane hydrocarbon emission during the printing process is 300mg/m3, benzene <0.004mg/m3, toluene<0.004mg/m3, xylene<0.013mg/m3, and the emission concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons. Exceeding the emission limit specified in Beijing's “Printing Industry Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards” (DB11/1201-2015) (the emission limit for non-methane total hydrocarbons is 30mg/m3). The above acts violate the provisions of Article 18 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution.

After review, the Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau believes that the sampling port position, sampling procedure, sampling process and instruments are in compliance with the relevant provisions of the “Measurement of particulate matter in fixed source exhaust and gaseous pollutant sampling” (GB/T16157-1996), in October.
