2. Calibration benchmark

Use a hardness tester qualified by an external school for comparison and correction.

3. Calibration environment and cycle

At room temperature and pressure, let stand for more than 2 hours, and the calibration period is 1 year.

4. Calibration steps

(1) Before calibration.

â‘  Check whether the hardness tester affects the appearance defects of the measurement accuracy.

â‘¡Check whether the pointer of the hardness tester indicator returns to zero.

(2) Correcting.

â‘  Compare the hardness tester and the qualified hardness tester to three different hardness materials, and the difference between them is the error value.

â‘¡The direction of the force in the inspection should be perpendicular to the measured surface, and apply force evenly.

â‘¢Be careful when handling the hardness tester, do not drop it on the ground.

(3) After correction.

â‘  When the hardness tester is abnormal, transfer the verification unit to determine whether to suspend the use, re-verify or scrap.

â‘¡The hardness tester cannot measure metal or other hard objects, and should be put back in the packaging box after use.

5. Judgment criteria

The indication error does not exceed the standards listed in the table below, it is qualified,

(1) After passing the verification, apply the verification label.

(2) When the verification fails, it is determined to be suspended or degraded, repaired or scrapped according to the actual situation.
