The low pressure vacuum casting machine completed by the rapid prototyping technology group of the key laboratory of advanced manufacturing technology can be used for rapid mold manufacturing in the manufacturing industry. It can complete vacuum casting of silicone rubber molds, polyurethane molds and small batch injection molding parts. Widely used in automotive, home appliances, light industry, agricultural machinery and military industries such as R & D and small batch production.
This vacuum casting machine model ZKY01 adopts negative pressure automatic adjustment vacuum pump, which can form a stable vacuum negative pressure. Electronic safety pressure valve is used to ensure the safety of equipment operation; the vacuum speed of the equipment is fast and can be achieved within 5 seconds.
