The Tetra Pak Group has launched its A3/Flex packaging line in the world and believes that no other carton packaging line can provide food manufacturers with such full-featured packaging paper.
The group said that the A3/Flex packaging line is now used worldwide. It is believed that the machine can produce more than 22 different packaging varieties, which is much more than any other carton packaging line today.
Tetra’s rapidly changing technology allows consumers to use the same base to change the package size within only 15 minutes, enabling optimized production and maneuverability to meet market demand.
Food manufacturers and processors have faced more and more pressure in the past few years because of the stricter requirements of retailers regarding product variety and innovation.
Demand for different packaging sizes has also led to an increase in demand in the EU market. The Council of Europe’s parliament has supported the lifting of all consumer goods packaging controls, except for some major commodities such as milk and coffee.
“Today, there is no other carton packaging line on the market that can compete with Tetra Pak's A3/Flex packaging line because it can adapt to a variety of changes in package size and shape,†said the company's vice president. This production line has a production capacity of 5,000 to 8,000 packings per hour, depending on your production volume.
