1) When paper is knocked, the method of thin paper and thick paper (100-350g/m2) is not the same. The thin paper knocks the paper and the knocking is even and smooth. The smaller the interval of knocking paper is, the better the spacing is. Wrinkled paper. Generally, for papers that are eager to print on the machine, only knock the tip and keep the mouth flat so that the paper can be fed smoothly.
2) The presser foot of the paper is smaller than that of the thick paper. Generally, the pressure can be about 5mm.
3) The paper feeding wheel should be lightened as much as possible, based on the smooth rolling of the paper wheel when passing the paper, reducing the resistance and preventing the paper from curling.
4) For machines with better light control systems, such as KBA and Komori series offset presses, it is necessary to promptly clean the paper dust at the grate outlets. It is best to clean the paper one time in order to avoid affecting the light control sensitivity and cause the machine to stop for no reason. . Because, for thin paper printing, light control function is more important.
5) The temperature and humidity of the printing shop should be consistent with the paper library to prevent the paper from fluffing or shrinking, affecting overprinting and feeding smoothly. Qualified enterprises may use air-conditioners or air humidifiers to achieve better results. If there are no conditions, they can use watering and paper to improve the printability of the paper.
6) When printing thin paper, the printing speed is slightly faster, and the delivery system and paper feeding system will be more stable.
In general, the machine with the highest speed of 10,000 prints/hour has a good speed of about 6,500 print/hour, and the high-speed machine with 15,000 print/hour has a good print speed of 9,500 prints/hour.
