Gravure preprinted ink

Solvent-based solvent-based inks consist of pigments, solid resins, volatile solvents, fillers, and additives. The pigments act as a color, contrasting with the color of the substrate, and displaying the image on the substrate. The degree of dispersion, hiding power, and resistance of the pigment determine the printability, and the proper ink ratio determines the printability and performance. The gravure ink properties must first satisfy the gravure process, and secondly the transfer of the ink to the film on the print can withstand subsequent processes and various conditions of use, including flow properties, optical properties, and abrasion resistance. The carton preprinting process has three major requirements for water-based inks. First, the ink can adapt to the printing speed of the high-speed printing machine; the second is to withstand the high temperature of 180 degrees on the corrugated board production line without changing the color; and the third is the hot plate of the ink passing through the cardboard line.
